Welcome! I will try to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Items will be mailed when payment is received. I pack items very carefully, and I try to recycle all of my packaging. Customer service is very important. If you have a concern I will work with you to come up with a solution.
If you would like a shipping quote please ask and I can reserve the item while I prepare the quote!
I accept PayPal, and direct checkout Please contact me for an international quote if you feel the charge is too high. Any quote over by more than $2 dollars will be refunded.
Shipping is USPS first class, or Priority mail flat rate service.. Insurance and upgrades upon request, at the expense of the buyer. Buyer is responsible to contact me so that the invoice can be adjusted. Insurance will be applied to all orders over $50 dollars.
Great care will be taken in packing your items, however, if an item is damaged, I am not responsible for the cost or replacement of the item. I am also not responsible for LOST packages.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: if the shipping difference costs me more than requested you will be contacted to pay the difference via Pay Pal. If at that time you feel shipping is too costly, you may cancel your order. Items will be shipped upon payment, and usually within 24 hours except weekends and holidays.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer service is very important. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Most items will be in very good condition, however they are VINTAGE, not new. Some items will age quicker than others. I take good photographs, and describe all major flaws.
I will issue store credit under the following terms:
1. Buyer must contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item.
2. Buyer pays return shipping with delivery confirmation.
3. Store credit will be given in the amount of the original purchase price minus the cost of shipping.
In cases where the buyer feels that an item has been grossly misrepresented, a refund will be given. If this is the case, buyer must contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item, and the item must be shipped back to PassagesVintage within 3 days of receipt.
If an item has been damaged in the mail. Photos of the package should be taken.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please consider the following information when viewing items in my shop:
MINT CONDITION: Items that has never been worn or used- including new old stock where appropriate - with original boxes and/or tags. No flaws or signs of wear anywhere on the item.
EXCELLENT CONDITION: Like new but without tags/boxes. If the history of the piece is unknown it cannot be considered "mint", "new", or "never worn" - so "like new" is a good descriptor. No noticeable flaws to the item, including scratches, scuffs, chips, tarnish, or patina.
VERY GOOD CONDITION: An item in overall excellent condition but has smaller, less noticeable flaws. Examples: Slight scuffs, spot of wear to metal, tarnished, or age spot/discoloration to a piece that can be noticed when examined up close - but it is not likely to be distracting because it is a minimal OR the item is in excellent condition but has more significant flaws on the underside or back of piece.
GOOD CONDITION: Piece is usable has noticeable flaws that could possibly be noticed . Peeling or scrapes, dents, chips etc. noticeable wear to metals, wood etc. Often a piece is so beautiful and unique that it can be overlooked because it's that fabulous!
FAIR CONDITION: I do not consider items in fair condition to be of use. Pieces in this condition are for junk/craft lots if they have hardware or stones that could fulfill another purpose. upcycle or re-cycle.
