Welcome to my shop! I love all things old and worn out, vintage and antique, and taking something ordinary or shabby to create something lovely. I hope you enjoy my finds and creations as much as I enjoy bringing them to you!
Payment is due at time of purchase; orders may be canceled provided they have not been shipped, and a refund will be provided less any fees incurred by the seller (Etsy sale fees, Paypal fees, etc.)
Should you wish to cancel an order before shipment, please send me a detailed message. Once shipped, and order cannot be canceled...please see below for Return Policy.
Most items ship within 1-2 business days of order via USPS First Class Mail (or fastest method available given shipping charges), unless otherwise noted in the product description. Seller reserves to the right to use an alternate shipping method (such as UPS Ground) depending on shipping costs.
All items are sent with tracking and delivery confirmation.
We are more than happy to accommodate special shipping requests! Additional fees may apply for expedited delivery, preferred carriers, or additional services (*insurance, proof of delivery (you must sign for package), etc.) Please convo me before purchase if you have any questions or if you would like to request upgraded shipping options.
*Please not that seller is responsible for careful packing and timely shipment of your order and all orders are sent with tracking and delivery confirmation; once an item has been released to USPS the seller cannot be responsible for loss or damage. Please let us know if you would like additional insurance options and we will gladly work with you! If, upon receipt of package, there is an issue please contact us at once with details.
***If you have already placed and order and would like to upgrade the shipping (expedited delivery or add additional services) please convo me ASAP with details and I can send you pricing info provided package has not yet shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of vintage items, all sales are final and items are not eligible for return except in the case of listing or packaging error. Should you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to let me know...I want you to to love your item and will work with you to make sure it's exactly what you want so you can be confident in your purchase!
