I actually got the tiramisu and it smells and works wonderfully. One spray is all you need.

About

New Beginnings

Baba Yaga's has been in the works for quite some time now. It started years ago when I started brewing my own wine and mead at home and was brainstorming a brand name. I am very into folklore and nature, and one story that always stuck with me was Baba Yaga. While most think of the darker aspects of this little cottage witch, lots of tales tell of a good side to her as well. I liked the idea of balance, and the symbolism of the story as well as the tie with nature. So, the name stuck.
Creating body care items has been something on my radar for years now. My personal interests are using cruelty free products and ingredients derive from natural sources. While there are plenty of options at local drug stores, they tend to be overwhelmingly synthetic.I could not help but overhear the rising concerns of my family and friends regarding this as well. Thus the adventure into soap making began! I do hope to add more to my shop as time goes by, like bath bombs, lotions, aromatherapy etc.
Another contributing factor to this new beginning is I am now living in a clean, smoke free environment :) I was not about to make and sell items at my old location (roommates can be scary sometimes). I am excited to begin this journey and hope to brighten people's days with my fun and funky creations.
Happy Soaping!

Welcome to Baba Yaga's! I handcraft cold process soaps from scratch using fair trade natural supplies. I hope to expand my brews to lotions, bath bombs, and anything else that tickles my fancy. I am inspired by nature, both the dark and the light. Just as rain can be a blessing, it can also cause destruction. I strive for balance in my products, crafted to help promote healthy skin as well as psyche. So come on in, pull up a chair at the hearth, and let your senses be pampered.
