Shop policies

Hello, and welcome!

I'm still new to selling my items, so policies will probably change and evolve over time. I apologize if my lack of knowledge causes any inconvenience - please don't hesitate to let me know if I could be doing something better, or in a more simple way, or if anything I have listed below is not clear. <3

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Master Card

  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
  • Money Order
  • Check
I accept PayPal, checks, and money orders. Orders will not be sent until payment is received, however, so if you are sending a check or money order, please be aware of that.

PayPal payments should be made within one week of purchase; check/money orders should be sent out within one week, preferably with a notification message sent to let me know it's on the way.
At the moment, as I am still rather new to the shipping side of things, I am sending via USPS, unless otherwise requested. If you want special shipping (shipping type, to countries outside the US, insured, overnight/quick, etc.), please send me a message so I can try to work that out for you. Price may vary.

Items will be shipped after payment has arrived - however, because I now work Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, there are very few hours I can access a Post Office. My current shipping day is Saturday, unless I can get my family/friends to make post trips for me.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, let me know within thirty days. The purchase price will be refunded once the item is returned. My default refund method is mailing a check; let me know if you would like something different.

If your item arrives damaged (item failure, not postal damage itself), or breaks within 30 days , and you would like it repaired, simply send me a message letting me know, send the item back. I will fix or replace the item (depending on the damage; if it is a completely one-of-a-kind item, the replacement may not be the same as the original, and photos will be sent to ensure you would not prefer a refund), and ship it back at no cost. You only cover the shipping to get the item back to me.
