Refunds and Exchanges

If there is a problem with the product, or it is damaged, (clasp breaks, bead/stone falls off, etc.) or needs re-sizing, return it to me, and I will repair it to the best of my ability.

All returns and exchanges are shipped at the expense of the buyer.
