I was very disappointed with chain of the necklace. I assumed it would look like the one in the picture. Chain is very cheap looking.

I sent a message to the buyer, stating that the chain is the exact same kind of chain as in the picture. If she wanted to return it, she could. I haven't heard anything back. ~Michelle

Shipping
~ Purchases usually ship within 3 business days, *USPS First Class Mail. Custom orders will need a few extra working days. If you would like it delivered to you sooner, please let me know and we can discuss other shipping options. You must take holidays into consideration.

*USPS First Class - Typically averages 2-5 days (not guaranteed), a Tracking number is provided.

*USPS International - At this time I am only shipping to Canada, if you have a special request and would like an item shipped overseas, please send me a message.

If there is a problem with the product, or it is damaged, (clasp breaks, bead/stone falls off, etc.) or needs re-sizing, return it to me, and I will repair it to the best of my ability.
