Payment
Preferred payment is via Paypal. Customers from Australia who may prefer to pay via direct bank transfer please contact me to arrange this. Payment is requested within 48 hours of purchase - if this isn't possible, please contact me and I can reserve the item/s for you.
Shipping
All items are shipped from Australia via Australia Post, and will be sent within two days of payment confirmation. As a guide, postage times for items sent within Australia are roughly 2 to 5 days, or 5 to 15 days for international (destination dependent, and obviously certain times of the year are busier than others). I send items via standard air mail - if you would like express post or registered post, please contact me for a cost estimate. NB: my shipping rates include postage AND packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges
Every effort will be made to ensure items are packaged so as to avoid any damage during shipping, so if an item arrives in a less than perfect condition, please contact me asap and I will arrange a full refund. If an item breaks within seven days of receipt, please also contact me to arrange return of item. I will be more than happy to offer either a full refund of product cost (not including original or return postage costs) or replacement of item. There will be no postage costs for replacement items.
