I ordered this mug for a birthday gift for my mother. The colors were much darker than they look in the picture, so it looked more black and gray than blue and gray. The handle is also positioned weird; it is at the top of the mug, so it is more like a pitcher than a cup, and it was very uncomfortable to hold and awkward to drink from. I contacted the seller, Gina, about these issues and was told that I could be refunded for the price of the mug but would be required to return it and that the return shipping cost would be on me. The mug was $15 and the shipping was about $8.50. So, in order for me to return the mug, I would have paid $17 total in shipping costs and not had anything to show for it. It is crazy to have a seller try to charge shipping twice for something that did not look like the picture and is not useable.
