4 out of 5 starsThis was a one off stand for my particular center speaker. Working with the seller to design it was fairly easy and it was made as ordered. I'm removing one star from the quality because there were some large knots in the wood, fortunately they are mostly out of sight or covered by the speaker. The workmanship was good though. This is a fairly large piece but the box it came in and the packing inside were totally inadequate. When it arrived the piece was flopping around inside a handmade box held together with tape (and not well). I was sure it was seriously damaged but it turned out not nearly as much as I feared. I'm removing two stars. Overall I'd probably buy again from the seller but would want to talk about these things first.

Regarding the wood knots, I appreciate your feedback. I follow the Wabi-Sabi philosophy, which embraces natural imperfections. That said, I realize these details are personal, and I should have confirmed your preferences first. I’ll make sure to consult with future clients. I apologize for the packaging concerns. I take care with shipping, but it’s clear the process didn’t meet my standards for larger items. I’ll re-evaluate my packing to avoid this. If there was any damage, I’m happy to resolve it. Sizing details
I price my speaker stands based on height and detail features. My materials are priced by board foot, which is a measurement standard used when purchasing rough-cut lumber. The taller the stands requested, the more board feet of material I need to start with. Custom orders typically fall within the pricing of my 3 speaker stand listings.
