Excellent communication. I asked for it with an attack on titan logo and it looks incredible! I absolutely love it.

I was a happy customer until now. And it’s really sad because the masks are really beautiful. But DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The lady that owns this business is unprofessional and rude and just plain awful to her customers. I’m shocked. First I didn’t get the right order I purchased- and was sent the wrong item which completely didn’t come in time for my event. Then - I was harassed with messages every single day till the point of tears - pressured to send the incorrect item back on her terms and given all of this instruction as if it was my MISTAKE. When I told the seller I was out of town and haven’t had a chance to send the INCORRECT ITEM THEY SENT ME and even let her know when I will be sending it back - she kept harassing me and pressuring me. I have all screenshots. I’m so blown away and upset.:( DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

This was absolutely amazing! I bought this as a gift for my friends who just got a golden retriever puppy -Gimli! So this was extremely fitting for him! My friends LOVED it and Gimli liked wearing it!
The seller was so nice and very responsive and I received this in the timeframe I was given at checkout.
I was a little worried about sizing, but it ended up working out. I got a size medium- which looks great and is actually a little big (the puppy fluff is deceiving) so he'll be able to wear it for a few more weeks before growing out of it.

Love it! I bought it for my partner cause Typhlosion is his favorite Pokémon. It was shipped exactly when I was told it would be. I had trouble receiving the package but that was due to a staff shortage at USPS. I also had a great customer service experience as I was given replies almost immediately. Thank you!

I really loved the outfit except it was a tad small for my 27lb shiba. We ordered a medium - it didn't cover his back and was an extremely tight neck fit. My mistake! I should have checked first as a large would have fit better on my dog (I blame myself for rushing for halloween). The fabric wasn't what I was expecting either but it was very soft. I had thought the brooch was like a mini real one too but it's more a flexible, thin felt material (I assume it's more comfortable for the dog) compared to the actual metal brooches you can get for humans. Still very realistic in photos and cute though! All in all, I was extremely pleased with the cute halloween photos we got from this costume and glad it was affordable. I'll make sure to double check sizes next time, but the seller was very quick to ship and I recommend them!

The owner was so sweet about communication and shipping! And the product is perfect!! I bought this as a gift for my friend’s new corgi (Pippin) and it arrived quickly. Most importantly, it looked amazing! I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

I haven't received this item yet do to COVID complications but the seller has been very good at keeping me in the loop. I'll alter this review later once I receive it. I just know that Etsy only allows you so many days to leave a review before that option expires.

Overall great!! One of the buns is much looser than the other, but that should be an easy fix & was a result of USPS, not the seller
