Our Handicrafts that are unique to Nepalese and Tibetan culture. Our artwork and skills are descended from our ancestors who are involved in making such crafts for centuries since fifth century.

Returns and exchange details
If you have to return items returning Shipping and Handling fees are the responsibility of buyers. In order for the return to be accepted buyer has to inform it within 7 days and valid reason and proof has to be provided.

Shipping
All items are shipped within two business days via standard Courier like EMS, Aramex, Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT etc. We ship items of value less than USD 50 via Nepal Post, Nepal Government Postal Service which will take around 15 to 20 days depending on the destination. Shipping charge is calculated on the basis of shipping weight after packing.The rates are standard provided by courier services. Insurance is included in the shipping cost.
In case the product you’ve purchased is out of stock (which is unlikely) we will inform you immediately. We will do our best to make the product available to you as soon as possible. We will let you know the time frame. If you choose not to wait for the new one you can ask for money back or choose another product.
Handling charges are courtesy of ShakyaHandicraft. Buyers do not have to pay handling charges.

Sizing details
Our Buddha statues and other dharma products can come in varying sizes. Let us know if you need any specific or bigger sizes.
Care instructions
Since our products are all handmade and sensitive to weather changes and touches. Please do handle with care. Specially with statues, the faces are gently painted by hand with 24k gold. So you have to be careful in placing them in the right safe place. Please do not touch the face of a statue with hand.
