Sea Glass is a colorful preservation of our country's history. Each piece, like us, is a treasure and has its own unique story to tell. Sea glass is created when discarded old bottles, containers, dishes, pottery, artwork, automobile and marine lights, tableware, and other glassware spend decades tumbling in oceans and lakes, creating the tell-tale frosted gem-like finish. All of the flaws, imperfections, odd shapes, and inconsistencies you see are the true beauty of sea glass. Natural sea glass is highly sought after and is rapidly becoming a rare find as we become a more eco-concious society through the increase in recycling and alternative packaging.

I have been beach combing since I was a child on the shores of Lake Erie. Now a resident of Florida, I have a small silversmithing studio that I work out of in my home. I create my jewelry designs around my personally discovered ocean and lake sea glass from my beach walks wherever I go.

All of my work is done by hand, only set in fine and sterling silver. Some pieces are occasionally accompanied by Swarovski Crystals, sea shells, beach stones, driftwood, or leather. If it didn't come directly out of the ocean, it was definitely ocean-inspired! Water is the world's life source, and I am constantly drawn to it.

All of the sea glass used in my jewelry is genuine, naturally found, and hand-picked by me. It comes from beaches all over the state of Florida, Monterey and Santa Cruz, California, and Lake Erie in Michigan and Ohio. I believe that the jewelry should be built around the sea glass, just as it was found. It is the star of each piece I create!

Though most of my learning has been self-taught over the past few years, I am also a member of the Jacksonville Gem and Mineral Society where I take classes that range from silversmithing to cabbing stones and gems.

Custom orders in any design and any amount are always welcome.

I ship worldwide. Please message me to get an exact shipping cost, and I will adjust your purchase for you.

Thank you!

About

SEA GLASS GODDESS

I am a sea glass and sterling silver jewelry artist. I like creating something from seemingly nothing, finding beauty in the mundane, the beach, gardening, food, writing, and coffee... though not necessarily in that order. I am self-taught. That said, I am still learning.

Always make waves, then swim in them.
