A little bit about Shannybeebo & her clocks

Shannybeebo Clocks introduces unique wall clocks and home decor pieces. Shannon started her career in Oct 2011 with the crazy idea of her sister and the nickname she was given as a child, Shannybeebo.

I have always liked to dig in, manipulating paper and vinyl to create unique pieces of art. Moving on, I found that people have more interest in recycled home décor accents and wall clocks. I introduce unique pieces of art weekly and love to create custom pieces.

My clocks have been supported and featured on TV shows and featured in Vogue, Elle, GQ and about 15 other magazines.

Now at the end, why is it a successful and renowned company at this time? The answer is just because of unique and unusual creative ideas. I always focus on my own creativity and that is why my clocks get a unique place in customer’s mind and homes. At the end of this success story, I'll add a Napoleon Hill Quote, “You think big, you get big”.

I specialize in unique wall clocks, recycled art, leather and concrete clocks, home decor, recycled paper art and a few other special items. I love recycled and upcycled art. I believe that most things can be upcycled into pieces that fit all styles..... from retro to minimalism.

You will see a combination of items in my shop. My shop features the original paper bead wall clock. You may see others here and there, but you will receive the original design directly from my shop, Shannybeebo Clocks. These handmade paper wall clocks are all unique, one of a kind and can be customized to fit your home decor. Contact me if you have specific colors or sizes in mind.

Shipping
All items within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which include tracking and $50.00 of insurance. If you would like Express Delivery or additional Insurance, please let me know and I will set your listing up to reflect any additional shipping fees for these services. This is for faster shipping. It does not move your order to the front if the line. Please contact me if you're interested in shipping ahead for a fee.

I am not responsible for items lost or broken once shipped, but I will work with you to find a solution. Claims can be filed with the USPS for lost/broken items/packages. I will, of course, help in the process of filing a claim and do all I can to gain a refund through the USPS. International orders can only be reimbursed if tracking and insurance is purchased. Please let me know if you would like to upgrade International shipping prior to placing your order.

*** If your item shows delivered through tracking, but you claim it wasn't, please ask neighbors, family and your local post office. 9 times out of 10, the item can be tracked down with a little detective work.

International Orders...
International orders are shipped First Class International Mail, unless a prior agreement is reached, or the package is too large and must be shipped in another way. There are size limits. I am happy to discuss and explain options.

I will not mark an item as "Gift" to avoid any VAT fees required by your country. That is a federal offense and taken seriously. Please be aware that your country may charge additional fees when the item arrives. The buyer is responsible for all additional fees. Shipping overseas can take 6-8 weeks depending on country and Customs. Customs does open packages on occasion. Any damage incurred due to the package being opened is not my responsibility, but I will help in any way to resolve the issue. Insurance is important for all orders.

Please be aware the carrier will require to see the box & a picture of the damaged item(s) in order to process a " damage claim" . Please save ALL original packing materials and box with label. THESE ITEMS ARE NEEDED IN ORDER TO REFUND MONEY FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

Please be aware, if a claim is processed I will be reimbursed by the carrier for
the amount of the insured ($50.00) item(s) not including your shipping cost. I will then refund your item. This is for US orders only. Other restrictions apply regarding International orders.

If you receive an item that is damaged or broken during transit, I will need to be notified within 48 hrs of the delivery date. Again, I will help with the claim process. but you may be required to start the claim. Photos are a must. ***All customs fees ( VAT/taxes) for International orders are the responsibility of the buyer, this is also the case on returned goods, if we decide on a refund, you should mark the custom form with 'RETURNED GOODS' under the column for 'value' you should state 'NA' - (not applicable) if the return good has a value and customs charges me to collect the item, I will pass this fee onto the customer ie: I will deduct from the final refund.

***If you decide against tracking, insurance, expedited shipping, priority shipping overseas, I am not responsible for lost items. A FEW THINGS TO KNOW...

***I use Eco-friendly packing materials. Most boxes are new, but if the box is in very good condition/clean and can be used again, I will reuse the box. I assure you, I will not use a damaged box. I use bio-degradable peanuts to pack all clocks and other large items. The kiddos will have fun with the peanuts...they dissolve in water! :)

Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is to send 100% quality products each and every time. I will go above and beyond to resolve any issues that arise. Customer service is very important to me and all issues will be taken seriously. There are exceptions to every rule, please keep that in mind when reading my policies.

I create handmade items that do take time. I take special care when writing descriptions and photographing each item to show all details as accurately as possible. You are always welcome to contact me if you have questions. Due to differences in screen resolution and the handmade nature of the items, colors may vary. Please contact me if you would like to see more photos, or would like more information. I am happy to match colors to the best of my ability. Color swatches and photos are always welcome and helpful.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Custom orders are NON REFUNDABLE & NON RETURNABLE. This includes all paper bead and sunburst clocks. When placing an order for paper bead or sunburst clock, please contact me prior to placing you order with any questions, or color requests. That is considered a custom order and additional fees may apply due the time and availability of colors. Kindly examine the photos provided & ask questions, I am here to help. I will stay in contact while creating your custom item. My goal is to send your item on time and exactly how you want it. :-) I will gladly send you additional photos, if you would like.

If you decide that you want specific colors used after you purchase, or list that in the 'notes to seller' section that is considered a custom order and I will charge accordingly. Thank you for understanding.

If you need your clock to be made and shipped in a hurry, please let me know before ordering. I can push you to the front of the list for a $10- $25 fee...depending on the item and time of year. That option does not include expedited shipping. If you would like to expedite shipping, please contact me prior to placing your order.

VERY IMPORTANT:
Please read the entire listing carefully. This includes the dimensions, which are listed. Refunds will NOT be given if your piece does not fit in the area that you have chosen, or you decide after receiving the item that it isn't the correct size. Dimensions are listed and I'm always available to help. There is no exception to this rule.

If you decide the piece does not fit in the space, you will be given store credit and will be responsible for shipping fees and any overages for the new item. If you send the clock back with no prior notification, you will receive store credit, not a refund. All refunds/exchanges must be agreed upon prior to sending the item back. I will not refund an item that randomly arrives at my door.

IMPORTANT>>>>
When your item arrives, If you feel I grossly misrepresented the item and/or didn't describe something, please contact me via Etsy convo to discuss . Please attach photos of the item, I will work with you on your purchase satisfaction. Please do not contact me through my gmail account to discuss these issues. I rarely check that account and would hate to miss important messages.

It is important to read all descriptions and please, always feel free to ask any questions. Communication is key with all orders and I will contact you through Etsy, to let you know that I received your order, or ask specific questions. It is important that you respond to avoid a delay in your order. If you receive your item and did not read the listing, I will not issue a refund. Again, I am always here to answer as many questions that you have. Your satisfaction is very important to me.

If a refund or exchange is agreed upon....

1. You must contact me within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Item(s) must
be returned within 5 days of receipt of delivery in the same box & packed
the same way. Ex : if I shipped priority then your item is to be shipped priority back to me in the same box you received it in and the same shipping supplies, packaged the same way. Customer assumes responsibility of return shipping fees. Please contact me via Etsy convo to inform me that the package was shipped & provide me with a tracking number. It is important to ship the item in the box you received it in. Each box is the exact measurement to safely ship your item. Please do not shove the item into a smaller or different box. In the case that a exchange is agreed upon and once I've received the item(s) in the same manner and condition that it was shipped to you, I will send an invoice for shipping and ship your new item.

2. The item is returned in the same condition as it was when purchased. If the hands are bent, paint scratched...or other issues, I will contact you to discuss these Issues prior to sending the new item(s).

3. If you live in a apartment, or you have concerns of your item (box) being left
unattended, please advise me immediately so that I can add signature confirmation to your shipping cost. I cannot be held responsible for items that are stolen. Please do not let your item sit in the hot sun, or rain as it could damage the item.

4. I will not replace your item if you drop or break the item. I will offer a 10% discount. Please contact me if that is the case.

It is VERY important to thoroughly inspect each item upon receipt.

If you receive a notice from your postal carrier, it is your responsibility to pick your item up. I am not responsible for unclaimed packages.

***GIFT PURCHASES:
If your item is a gift, please examine the item when you receive it. By doing this, we will avoid any possible issues. Accidents rarely happen during shipping. I will resolve those to the best of my ability. I do not refund or exchange items several weeks to months after they are purchased.

I do check each item and clock mechanism with the battery I send prior to shipping. Movement during shipping can disturb the delicate workings of the mechanism. It is important to open the package within 24 hours upon receipt to check your item with the battery I've sent. Most mechanism issues can be resolved by using a different battery, or making minor adjustments to the mechanism. I will explain, in detail, how to do that. I do send one battery. For clocks sent overseas, the buyer is responsible for any batteries needed in the future. AA batteries are the same sold in the United States and other countries. International buyers can order batteries from Amazon or Ebay to replace batteries in the future. Please contact me if you need help finding those batteries.

***It is important to let me know as soon as you receive the clock if there are mechanism issues. I will resolve the problem immediately. This rarely happens, and I will help, but need to be notified immediately. If the mechanism doesn't work, I will send a new one with easy to follow instructions and a link to a video. If I'm not notified within 48 hrs, you will be responsible for shipping fees.

*** If you have an item sent to a drop shipping company, items will be sent and tracked to the destination (International orders excluded from tracking, unless otherwise purchased). I am not responsible for any damaged or lost items sent to a drop ship location. If the item does not arrive to the address provided with your order, please contact the drop ship company.

***Shipping is non-refundable in all situations.

Is this clock silent?

I can add a silent mechanism to most clocks. Simply add the silent mechanism listing to your order. Also, it is important to ask if the silent mechanism will fit your clock. Size does matter.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I will hand make a beautiful card for any occasion. I will write a message, per your instructions. Gift wrapping is available, but I've found the paper can tear which can cause problems. If the label is torn or ripped....the package may not be delivered.

Wholesale availability

I do sell wholesale and bulk orders. Please contact me for pricing.

Are the clocks made to order?

Most clocks are made to order, please allow time for me to create your clock!

Do you make custom orders, not shown in shop?

Yes! I love working with buyers to create their unique item. I will match colors, etc. to the best of my ability.

Do you refund due to buyers remorse?

No, please contact me if you are interested in an exchange. If it's a gift and the recipient wants a different clock, please contact me within 48 hours to come up with a solution. I want everyone to be happy and there are exceptions to every rule.
