My husband and I started our trophy and award shop in 1998. It has grown from being a small trophy shop selling trophies for baseball and soccer teams to now include marketing, apparel, and corporate awards. In the event that you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email a photo of the damaged item along with a description of the damage to be eligible for free replacement.
In the event that you receive an item that was made with an error on our end please send a photo along with description within 24 hours from delivery and we will send a replacement within 48 hours.
Due to our high production rate we do not provide proofs before production. If you require a proof please purchase a Proof listing for $5.
Please make sure you check your address before submitting payment. If your package gets returned due to an incorrect mailing address, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you.
