I prefer Paypal, but will accept a money order. If you pay with a money order, I will need to wait until it clears to ship your order. This can take 7+ business days. I will ship immediately after clearance.
Payment is expected within 3 days, unless you have made other arrangements with me. If I have not heard from you and payment is not made within 3 days, I will have to cancel the sale so that the item can be available for someone else.
If you need to set-up a layaway plan, please contact me and I will reserve the listing for you. A 30% non-refundable deposit is expected within 3 days of reserving the listing. Balance is due within 90 days. I will invoice you according to our agreed payment plan.
The item must be paid in full within 90 days of initial transaction, if it is not I reserve the right to remove the reserve and sell the item. Any payments made, not including the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded after 90 days if not paid in full.
**Remember, no need to have a Paypal account to check out with them. Paypal accepts all major credit/debit cards.**

I typically ship within 2 business days, to the address listed in PayPal. Please make sure your address is updated and correct.
Shipping fees include postage, packaging and handling costs, if in the event I have overcharged by $2 or more, I will refund the difference back to you. Insurance is included on all orders over $50.00. Delivery confirmation is included on all orders. If you would like to purchase insurance for orders less than $50 please contact me prior to purchasing and I will adjust the shipping fees.
I am happy to ship overseas! Please contact me before purchasing so that I can adjust shipping prices.
Although First Class International is less expensive, it offers no tracking of the package. I prefer to ship International Priority. Please let me know at time of purchase which you prefer.
Actual value of your order is posted on the customs forms. Kindly keep in mind you may have to pay VAT or Custom Duties Tax on your orders. Check with your local customs office to determine your country's laws and limits.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied please contact me!
Please contact me prior to returning item. Items returned before contacting me will not be refunded.
If your item is not what you expected, contact must be made within 3 days of receiving the item and returned within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges - no shipping charges will be refunded.
No returns or refunds will be accepted on custom items.

I will consider custom requests as time and workload permit.
Please note that I will do my best to fulfill your request, however, if I feel I will not be able to make it to my standards, please do not be upset! I would rather have to turn down custom work, than produce less than quality pieces.
