There was no O for the Congrats Grad Sign. A little disappointed I paid $5 and its missing a letter

Apologies for this Samantha. This was a huge error on our side. We did rectify the instant download file and it's all good now - with all the letters. Also started a private chat with Samantha concerning this. Greatly apologized and hoping to process a partial refund.
