Currently I accept PayPal and direct checkout through Etsy.
With PayPal your payment should appear within 24 hours. After 24 hours if payment is not received then the item will be relisted and the order cancelled. If there is a problem please convo me.
I will ship anywhere within the US or worldwide via USPS 1st Class & Priority Mail and Priority International Mail Flat Rate Boxes. Any customs charges are the responsibility of buyer. My shipping prices are listed with each individual item, and include any packaging and handling costs.
If you have any special shipping needs please convo me and I'll do my best to accommodate.
I will ship items within 2 business days of receiving payment.
I place all tracking information into the shipping notification email. If you do not receive an e-mail with your tracking information please convo me.
All orders are shipped in tissue and ribbon and include care instructions.
She's Sew Crazy Too is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the shipping process, however if this occurs please let me know. I will attempt to track down the lost merchandise. As most of my items are one of a kind I cannot guarantee an exact replacement but we can work together to solve such issues.
Refunds and Exchanges
More than anything I want you to love your purchase. Please convo me ASAP with any issues you might have with your purchase.
All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of item price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please return items in new/unused condition.
But before any of this please convo me so I can attempt to make you completely satisfied.
