What exactly am I purchasing?
All products in my store are digital templates. You will be able to download the file, edit the template, and print at home or print via a commercial printing service to use the product for your party or event. No physical product will be shipped to you.
What can I edit?
You will be able to edit the text on the templates, including most theme phrases, name, event date and details, etc. You can also add graphics to the existing design or add a photo to personalize the product even more!
You CANNOT change the existing graphics, background, size, and certain text that uses graphics as letters (this will be noted in the product description).
I am not tech savvy... what if I have trouble editing my template?
No worries! I previously worked in the IT industry and have lots of experience with helping customers through various technology issues. Please don't hesitate to reach out via Etsy or email and I will assist in any way needed!
How do I print my edited template?
You can print your edited template at home, but I recommend using a commercial printing service to ensure the highest print quality. I have personally used both Canva and Staples to print party supplies and both were great!
Can you print my edited template for me?
As much as I would love to, no I cannot print your edited template and ship it to you, sorry!
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately with digital products I cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me via Etsy or email so we can try to resolve the issue.
Do you do custom designs?
I do not officially offer custom designs (yet!) but if you have a specific or unique party theme, send me your idea via Etsy or email and I will let you know if I will be able to assist based on my schedule. I am always looking for new, creative ideas!
