Is this a physical product?
Nope! This is a digital download, so nothing will be shipped. You will get instant access after purchase.
How do I access my files?
After purchase, Etsy will email you a download link to a PDF. You will find your editable link attached there!
That link will take you to Canva where you may need to create a free account if you don't have one already. The editable template you purchased will be saved to your account and you can use your account for future downloads!
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital products, unfortunately I don't offer refunds. But if you have any issues or questions, please message me and I'll help!
What if I need help using these files?
Just message me! I can send you a guide or walk you through it, no worries! :)
Can I edit text, color, sizes, etc?
Yes! Most of my designs are 100% FULLY editable in Canva (using a free account) and you can change whatever you desire!
Can I get a different size?
Most designs come with a set size, for example, 5x7 inches for invites, but I can resize them for free - just ask or message me before downloading.
I'm not good with tech - is it hard?
Not at all! Canva is super beginner friendly and it is very easy to edit the text and colors to your liking. I can send a guide too if you ask!
How do I print these?
You can print them at home, use a local print shop (Staples, FedEx, Office Depot), order online, or even just send them digitally when you are finished customizing your design.
