Spreading Happiness with Unique Colorful Weavings……

Top shop for gifts.

Buyers bought gifts from this shop and gave them 5-star reviews!

Announcement    In addition to my pine needle baskets, I have been using recycled cable and phone wire to create baskets and other goodies.

I am a fiber artist working with natural elements, mainly Longleaf Pine needles in my yurt studio in the mountains East of Eugene, Oregon.

Turning nature into art is a slow and methodical process.

I begin most of my pieces with 6-12 Long Leaf pine needles, wrapping them with Irish waxed linen, to create a spiral shape. It is the ancient technique of coiling, and is a very slow process.

Because I love color and textures, I add beads, wire, ribbons, wine foil (yes from a wine bottles), and whatever else catches my eye.
I make baskets, pendants, wall hangings, hand bags, and shadow boxes, pendants and floor mats. The common thread through all of my art is a touch of whimsy.

All of my art is one of a kind and unique and made with attention to detail. I do custom commissions.

I gift wrap when requested and always include a Long Leaf pine needles to show you how it all began.
