Shershells' Shop Policies
Thank you for visiting my shop. I hope you find something here that inspires you and brings you joy!
My shells come from vacation trips to Texas beaches as well as the California and Oregon coast, Florida, Mexico, and Honduras. They also come from other beaches around the world as contributions from my friends and neighbors (who feed my habit.) While I don't always know their origin, I've learned almost everyone's garage has a shoebox full of vacation shells!
I would love to do a custom order for you, so if you have your own box of vacation shells and would like me to create something, please contact me through Etsy and let's plan it!
Custom mermaid orders are also welcome. Please let me know if you have a specific color request for eyes, skin, fish scales and hair. Or, you can just name the island or ocean and I will design her.
I accept payments via PayPal only. Please complete your payment transaction within 48 hours of your purchase. Orders not completed with 48 hours will be cancelled and the item will be re-posted for sale.
For Texas residents, sales tax will be automatically applied to your purchase.
All packages are carefully wrapped and shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Let me know right away if you would like a delivery confirmation.
I try to ship items within 24 hours after I receive your payment. Please expect 3 to 7 days for an order within the US to be delivered to you. If you would like your item sooner, let me know so that I can quote you the correct postage rate.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase! Everything in my shop has been lovingly hand-made or hand-picked. If you are less than thrilled with your item, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. I will work with you and accept returns for a refund or exchange provided the item returns to me in the same condition it was shipped. Shipping costs are not refundable.
