We measure the garments by laying it on a flat, firm and clean surface using a fabric or vinyl seamstress measuring tape. Once measured we multiply it by 2.

The BUST should be measured from underarm seam to underarm seam then doubled.

For the SHOULDERS measure across the top of the garment from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.

For SLEEVES measurements are taken from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.

For the WAIST measure from side seam to side seam on the waist seam.

When measuring HIPS for pants and skirts, measure about 8-9 inches down from the waist, then double. For shirts and dresses, measure at about 14-16 inches below the armpit, then double.

When measuring LENGTH for skirts, measure the front center of the garment from the top of the waist to the bottom of the hem.
