Shipping
Orders ship 1 to 3 business days after payment is received & all orders unless otherwise requested will be sent standard USPS First Class Mail. Shipments TYPICALLY arrive 5 to 7 business days upon sending. ***IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM(S) SOONER, please request USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method & YOU MUST CONTACT US for a custom listing. The shipping charge will be $7.00.

If you prefer, UPS of FedEx Shipping is available and the cost is determined by zip code (starting zip code is 60618). Again, PLEASE CONVO US.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible and we can discuss a merchandise exchange. We accept returns for exchange or refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

-without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
-within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (after 14 days no returns are allowed)
-must not be a special order or a custom order

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately (773-883-2583).

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Again, you MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
