Forms made by someone who runs shifts
I work in quick-service food and run shifts, so I spend a lot of time with a clipboard. Most of the forms I found online were either too pretty to use in a busy kitchen or too cramped to write on with a pen while standing at the line. So I started making my own.
ShiftReadyForms is the result: plain, practical logs and checklists for restaurant, cafe, bar and food truck managers. Temperature logs, opening and closing checklists, shift handover sheets, inventory counts, cleaning schedules, SOPs and training records. Each sheet fits on one page, has big boxes you can actually write in, and prints well in black and white on a basic office printer.
The forms are built from general food-service practice. Where a sheet prints a temperature or time limit, it comes from the FDA Food Code, and the section number is printed right next to it. Your state and local health department rules may differ, so check those too.
Every listing includes a PDF in US Letter and A4, plus an editable Word file so you can add your own items, stations and logo.
