Returns and exchange details
We do everything we can to ensure you are happy with our items. If there are any problems, let us know and we will do everything we can to fix it. Typically, returns are not accepted, however exceptions may be made depending on the situation.
Payment
We start the the interior printing design (if applicable) of your order as soon as payment is made. We require full payment or a deposit in order to start designing the interior printing.
Shipping
Our typical processing time is 1-2 weeks. All sets of items are shipped using Priority Mail free of charge within the United States, which takes 2-3 business days to arrive. Individual orders and samples are typically sent first class mail which take around 5 business days.

We do have an optional rush processing available in the shipping upgrades which usually will get your order out your way within a week, sometimes as short as 2-3 days.

International customers, please note that any customs duties and taxes imposed on the item are your responsibility.
Additional policies and FAQs
Since we are the original creators of everything we sell, we can also alter the design or create an entire new design at your discretion. Please note that custom changes to products often incur additional charges dependent on amount of design work required and the logistics of manufacturing

All of our invitations are sold with a minimum quantity of 20. All invitation orders are only sold in sets divisible by 5

All upgrades and additions to invitations are available with a minimum quantity of 20 of the same upgrade. Any upgrades applied to less than 20 invitations are charged for the full 20.

Any quote provided is good for 90 days. Any orders afterwards will be calculated in the pricing at that time.

Invitation orders come with the first three proofs as well as 5 revisions included. An additional 2 revisions are allowed for each additional type of card purchased (ex: invitation and RSVP includes 7 total revisions). A revision is defined as a proof showing the revisions made regardless of the amount of revisions made to the singular proof. Multiple revisions asked at one time is counted as one revision. Single revisions asked at different times is counted as multiple revisions. One revision made to all 3 original proofs is counted as 3 revisions. Additional revisions are an additional charge, we will notify you if this happens.

Frequently asked questions
Why does the price change depending on how many I purchase?

A bulk discount applies as you select a higher quantity. The more you purchase, the less you pay per piece.

Can I purchase less than 20 invitations?

No. We require this minimum amount due to set-up costs and print design work involved with each order regardless of quantity purchased.

What is rush processing?

Rush Processing drops the standard 1-2 week processing time down to 3-5 days. This assumes final approval within 3 days. Rush processing adds an additional 20% of your order total, no minimum.

Can I use these for an event that isn’t a wedding?

Yes. We use any wording you provide, Therefore we can make the invitation design fit any function you need.

Can I provide my wording in a separate language or have multiple languages?

Yes, we do need for you to provide the wording in the language you need. There is no additional fee for this.

We can also create separate interiors using different languages. This has an additional cost per additional interior design.

What do you assemble as part of my order?

Just about everything besides placing your cards inside your envelopes. Each laser cut is individually inspected, hand folded, and stuffed with your interior print and optional vellum. Envelope stuffing is available at an additional charge.

What if I’m not happy with my proofs?

If you aren’t happy with your proofs, you can cancel the order with a full 100% refund assuming you have not approved your final approval.

Refund guarantee does not apply to custom laser cut design work or the $100 deposit option

I'm worried about ordering invitations due to COVID-19

Due to the uncertainty this virus is causing for all of our clients, we have instated a short term change in our policy. If you are in the proofing process, any changes to your venue or date will be at no charge, even if you are over your included revisions. We can also put your order on hold until you are more certain of your event date. If you have final approved your invitations and not received them yet, or you have received them from us but have not sent the out to your guests yet, we will reprint your interiors and ship them to you at no cost to you. If you have sent our your invitations and need to change your date or venue we do offer change of date cards that we are offering at 50% off. Terms and conditions apply
