I purchased this piece of art for a bat-mitzvah gift for some dear friends daughter. Although I thought the piece would have more gold's and warm colors in it, I think it is perfect. Rebecca loves blues, purples and pink. I can hardly wait to frame it and present it to Rebecca. It's art that she can appreciate her entire life and remember her bat-mitzvah and what a significant time in her life it is. Thank you Tikva.

Amazingly beautiful artwork!!!! It arrived well protected with a cardboard on a thick envelope! I had it framed yesterday, my husband loved it, and it's going to my son and his wife's new home the day of the housewarming party!!! I am sure they will find a very special place for it! Thank you very much, it helped me solve the problem of the gift, since I wanted to give them something special and with a lot of meaning, and that's exactly what I found in your "store"

About

Shir Chadash means "A New Song"

I experience artwork as what some people refer to as "prayer" or "meditation" because it brings my awareness fully into the present moment. When I am creating, it is like there is no separation between me and the canvas. The resulting artwork is full of life and vibrant color. Because I give a lot of attention to nature, mystical Judaism, environmentalism, and the "divine feminine", my artwork often takes on these themes.

Art is not about capturing the tree. It is about saying "thank you" to the tree.
