How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually we need a week to prepare and ship your order.
Once shipped most domestic orders (Spain) take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
About regular shipments: No returns/refunds will be made if the product is damaged or lost during the shipping process. However we assure you we will protect the order as much as we can.
If you are worry about the shipping and want a safer method, please, choose the tracking shipping when you make the purchase.
About the tracking option
Tracking shipment is the safer method. You'll get a tracking number and in case the postal service is responsible for the loss or damage of the product we can contact them to resolve the problem.
SHIRTS AND CLOTH PREORDER.
We will be opening preorders for cloth products every month, during the first two weeks. This includes products as shirts, hoodies, totebags, or scrunchies.

ABOUT NEW U.S. CUSTOMS REGULATIONS
We receive some awful news these days regarding new changes in the U.S. customs regulations. Starting August 25th all the small shipments have been paused by a few potal services. Due that, and including the new tariffs our customers should now pay, we don't want any of our cutomers pay extra charges suddenly and as it is something out of our control we prefer to wait an see how the situation develops.
We hope this is only a temporarily thing, of course, and we'd love to reach all of you with more and better information, but in the meantime is the only thing we can do as a small family bussiness.
