During the world collapse of 2020, one of us developed an illness that rendered them bedbound. The other was a full-time graduate student with no job, so there was a sharp halt on income. While we enjoyed the time together, the need for money became apparent. Handheld gaming went from a hobby to an all-day activity and the idea for Shirt Dots was born.
