Please make payment via Paypal within 24 hours.
All orders are posted through Australia Post by air mail in a padded bag and a cardboard jewellery box. The set shipping costs as shown below each item are for standard/regular delivery with no insurance or tracking. You are most welcome to choose this option as I know postage can be expensive but unfortunately I cannot be held responsible if your item is lost or damaged whilst on it's journey to you. Also I cannot be held responsible for some International areas adding costs for duties and customs.

~To try to help you save a little money on postage, I am actually charging you a little bit less than what it costs me to post your item.~ :)

If you would like insurance and tracking added for security please contact me so I can look into the extra cost for you. If you need an item posted in a hurry then also get in contact with me so I can work out an Express service price.

Your item will posted within 3-5 working days. Buyers within Australia please allow from 7-14 working days for your item to reach you. Buyers outside of Australia please allow 7-28 working days for your item to reach you. Usually Australia Post are reasonable with their delivery time but at times they can be delayed, for example: during holiday periods. International buyers please note: Once your item has reached your country any delays are also out of my hands.

Refunds and Exchanges
For any reason you are not happy with your item please contact me within 3 days so I can try to resolve any problems.

If a refund is necessary the item will need to be returned in original condition and packaging . A refund will not include the shipping fee as the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. I cannot be responsible for the loss of a returned item in the mail so please keep some proof of postage.

***Earrings and hair accessories are non refundable for hygiene safety.
