2 out of 5 starsI was so disappointed in the process of ordering two custom fitting rooms and two face outs. The quality of the item is fine, but I ordered white racks and they don’t seem to be a baked powder coat. The white coating seems to be more like a spray paint and easily comes off. Seller was responsive to messages and questions, but my order was received 2 months after the agreed upon timeline. There were times when I was concerned I was getting scammed. The racks themselves are cleverly designed, but they are way overpriced. Sadly I had a really bad experience with this company, but I know the owners had stuff come up on their end that had nothing to do with me. So I want to also mention that and give some grace and understanding there. The pieces look beautiful in my new store. I just hope the white paint doesn’t chip.
