Can I add to an existing order / combine orders?

While I am unable to add to an existing order, it might be possible to place an additional order that I can combine with the first order. I make every effort to combine multiple orders when possible, but please message me ASAP to make sure your order hasn't already been packed.

How do I add scent to the felt blanks?

For scenting you kind of have to experiment to find what you like best. I've tried essential oils, fragrance oils (probably my favorite), room sprays, etc.

I always scent mine AFTER I have sublimated. I wrote a blog post that might be helpful...it walks you through the steps I take to make mine: bit.ly/FeltFreshieTutorial

You can find fragrance oils at most craft stores in the candle and soap making section, or even at places like Amazon, Target, & Walmart.

Do you sell finished/printed items?

Yes, please message me for my volume pricing on custom printed felt freshies or MDF pieces.

Decorating Instructions

You may need experiment to find what settings work best for your equipment. The following info is a guideline only; results may vary.

FELT - Our felt blanks are made from 100% polyester. When sublimating we press at 380-400 degrees F for 50-60 seconds. Detailed tutorial here: bit.ly/FeltFreshieTutorial

When using heat transfer vinyl (HTV), infusible inks, fabric paints, inkjet transfers etc. to decorate your felt blanks please refer to the application instructions provided for those materials.

MDF - Don't forget to peel the protective coating! You can use rubbing alcohol and soft cloth to remove possible smoke residue the remains. We usually press at 380-400 degrees F for 60 seconds.

How do I cancel/return my order?

I process orders REALLY FAST so please contact me ASAP if you need to cancel.

In most cases I will accept returns if you contact me within 7 days of delivery, and return in new/unused condition within 14 days of delivery; please expect up to a 30% restock fee.

Custom and personalized orders

We do accept requests for custom shapes; please message me for details.

My shipping address was old/incorrect, now what?

If your order has already shipped unfortunately we cannot reroute it.

If you have recently moved and have a forwarding address sometimes the package will be sent to your new address. If you do not have a forwarding address, or it has expired, it's possible the package will be left at the old address or be returned to me.

If the package is left at your old address unfortunately there is nothing we can do. If a package is returned to me your order will be refunded less shipping charges. You can place a new order with the correct shipping address.

Please be sure to double check that your shipping address is correct with any online orders. We cannot cover additional shipping charges to send a package to different address.
