Can I change my shipping address after I make an order?
If we have not sent the item to production yet we can change the shipping address. Since we begin production on orders very quickly unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Due to the nature being made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives incorrectly printed, damaged, defective, or is not the size you ordered. Just send us a message with a photo of the item attached so we can evaluate the problem and correct it. PLEASE NOTE! It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. If you're not sure which size would fit you best, check out our size charts - we have one for each item listed in the product images.
How long will it take for my product to arrive?
It takes us 2-5 (on average 3) days to produce and ship the products. Then, it takes 5-7 days to be delivered.
