1 out of 5 starsI was so excited about this mug--as I wanted a red and white mug in my cabinet. Unfortunately, the red handles and printed font color on the mug do not match. The text print on the mug is a crimson/almost burgundy color. The handles are a true red. It does not look like the shop item picture--true red handle and inside and true red font. Every Delta knows you cannot mix the reds! #YesItsThatDeep UPDATE: This seller is on it re: communication! She will issue a refund once I ship it back. Really want her to see the color difference the picture vs. the mug. I will probably get the black version although I really wanted the white mug.

Unfortunately, Kangelon just wanted to leave a 1-star review. Despite the red colors matching we still offered Kangelo a refund so she could get the black mug. It's been over a month and she still has not shipped back the white mug. She complained about a laptop bag in her order as well and we shipped her a brand new bag. So now she has 2 laptop bags for the price of one and a free mug. We try our best but unfortunately despite going above and beyond, we cannot please everyone. We strive for excellent customer service and achieve that with our thousands of customers. Thanks so much for your support!
