4 out of 5 starsThe mug came as described. They were able to get my long last name into the name patch. Very high quality item. Had a problem with the post office missdelivering my package and when I contacted the seller they were, in my opinion, not very helpful with the situation. For that they will loose 1 star. Other then that fantastic item. Highly recommend.
