How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending where you live, shipping can take as little as 2 days or as long as 1 week.
How long does an embroidery portrait take to make?
Typically, a few uninterrupted hours. But since Those moments are rare in my household, it takes me a few days to complete it. It also depends on the number of orders I have in one day, and where you fall in the orders received.
Do I need to send the exact picture to be recreated?
Preferably, but you can send multiple photos for reference and I will try to modify it as best as I can to make it work.
What type of photo should I send?
Any photo that is meaningful to you!
They DO NOT need to be professionally taken.
Mid-Full Body photos make the best embroidery portraits. If a photo is taken too close (ie: faces only like a selfie) it may take away from the moment it is capturing. I would say mid to full body photos, make better embroidery portraits. But you can message me and we can choose together!
Can I choose the color pallet for the portrait if I don't like the one in the original photo?
YES!
If in your photo there is a rainbow explosion you don't like, you can choose a different color pallet. (ie: blues, grays, neutrals etc.) The color of clothing is certainly flexible.
