Size, color and script were all perfect. Timely arrival in protective packaging. After the wedding, one end “swirl” did break off so be careful in handling it and repackaging.

Our order didn't ship when it was supposed to, but we still got it in time. There was some frustration with a lack of response from the shop at first, but eventually all was resolved. The product is perfect and we cannot wait to use it on our wedding day.

We absolutely love the signs you made of our Daughter's name!! I sent the measurements for the space it needed to go and they made it all work beautifully!! The Rose Gold finish is perfect in her room! Thank you!!

The piece was beautiful and in good condition upon arrival. Immediately after it was removed from the cake it broke at one of the thin pieces of the lettering. Would have liked to have been able to save it as a keepsake. However, it made it through the wedding and looked very nice in pictures.
