Q: What are the measurement's for the sweatshirts?
S: 20" wide and 26" long
M: 22" wide and 27" long
L: 24" wide and 28" long

*XL+ sizes are available upon request for a small extra fee for the added shipping weight.

Q: What are the measurements for the T-shirts? (un-cropped)
YM/XXS: 18" wide and 23.5" long
YL/XS: 19" wide and 25" long
S: 18" wide and 28" long
M: 20" wide and 29" long
L: 22" wide and 30" long

*Designs are rendered in the same size regardless of the size that is ordered.

*These are the sizes kept in stock regularly, XL+ sizes can be accommodated. Sizes up to 4x can always be ordered if I don't currently have your size in stock. Please just shoot us a message and we will be happy to help you. :)

Q: What kind of sizing are the tops and sweatshirts?
All sizing is unisex (comparable to standard men's sizing)

Q: Do you carry guy clothing/ Why are the sizes unisex?
Although some of the designs shown may come across as feminine or more female oriented, I personally don't feel it is my place to dictate what gender the clothing is intended for. I don't care much for adhering to gender norms, and I would like this store to be a place that welcomes everyone for who they are. Fashion is always progressive in nature, and I'd like to see it become less gender binary. It's up to you as the consumer to decide what appeals to you, I'm not here to tell you what that should be.

Q: Does this come in a different color?
Yes, all pieces shown are totally custom and can come in any color, as well as the design. The colors shown on the listings are just examples. All colors are mixed from scratch so I can do my best to color match as close as possible. Black is only available for solid color sweatshirts and cannot be included in a color gradient piece.

Q: How are the tops cut?
All tops start out as t-shirts. The tank and crop top options are provided at no extra charge, your shirt will be cropped accordingly to your selected choice, you can also request the neckline be cut out of your t-shirt or crop top. Necklines are cut out automatically if you request a tank top unless you specify you'd like it left as-is in the note with your order. Crop Tops are left with sleeves unless otherwise specified.

Q: Can I have this in the exact same colors as the listing photo?
All garments are hand dyed, one of a kind pieces. The photos provided are just samples that can be used for color reference. Although similar colors can be used, no two pieces will be exactly alike. The appearance of some colors may also vary based on your monitor settings.

Q: How should I wash HC garments?
Most of these pieces can be thrown in the wash (unless otherwise specified on the item listing), on the cool setting. Inside-out is best. However, washing them by hand and air drying will preserve them that much longer. :) If you wish to iron a garment do not place the iron directly on any designs, turning the piece inside out and a low heat setting is best.*Pieces with studs, spikes, beads, rosebuds appliques or holographic designs should be hand washed/air dry only!*

Q: What are sweatshirts made out of?
50% cotton/50% polyester 7.75 ounce set-in sleeve sweatshirt. Double-needle stitched neck, sleeve, waistband and armholes. Lycra® blend 1x1 ribbed collar, cuffs and waistband.
*The brand kept in stock is Gildan, although on rare occasions equivalent quality/cut generic brand sweatshirts may be used.

Q: Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of each order I cannot accept returns. However, your happiness with your purchase is important to me. If you find that your order is in some manner defective/damaged please contact me and I can work it out for you :)

Q: How long should I expect to wait to receive my order?
Shots Fired items are made to order and by hand with lots of love, most pieces can be made up within a week, although certain custom pieces may take longer. it will take as little as two to as many as 7 business days on average to get to you for most locations in the US. Please do give notice if you are in need of the order by a certain date and I will do my best to accommodate. International orders generally take 5-11 days to reach their destinations, although in particular locations it may take longer.
