First off let me say that I love the overall design of this picture. However when I received it I was disappointed to see that areas around the shoulder and arms look smudged or appear like there was an issue with reprinting it. After contacting the seller I was told that it is part of the design. You have to really zoom in on the website to see it so please be advised.
