After a small mix-up with shipping, the shop owner made sure I got my item as fast as possible. She was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was fairly compensated for the extra time the mix-up had caused. She responded quickly to every message I had sent her during the whole ordeal. Very nice woman to work it out with! Not only was the shop owner great but the products I received are of a great quality. I have a shirt, headband, and leggings that are going to look precious on my baby! I will be purchasing from her in the future, no doubt about it.

Item was never received after notifying shop owner multiple times. Communication stopped and no resolution has been made. Very disappointed as I was very excited to have my daughter wear this shirt. It's the first bad experience I've ever had in Etsy.
