2 out of 5 starsThis took forever to ship, over a month, but once received, I was disappointed. I love the pattern, but the quality of the mask is not good, poorly made. One side is longer than the other, uneven, and the stitching is loose. Not at all worth the price.

Hi Billye, I am sorry to see this review, especially as you and I were in close contact during this transaction. Any and all delays right now are completely due to the pandemic of Covid-19, and are not a true reflection of my shop. My print partner, as I expressed to you during our communication with each other, is incredibly overwhelmed with mask orders. I am doing my best to express to them the urgency of my customers mask orders, but ultimately I cannot force what is out of my control. There are delays along the supply chain to my manufacturer as well, and then of course some within USPS to my customers. This is truly a difficult time for everyone and my only hope in selling fun and unique masks during this time was to bring some joy to others. I'm sorry I could not provide that for you. Please stay safe

1 out of 5 starsI was so disappointed by the QUALITY of this bag. It's very cheap and paper-thin. When I asked the seller for a return and offered to pay return shipping, they refused. I'm now pursuing a resolution with my bank to attempt to resolve. I can't recommend buying from this seller, sadly.

Hi Ashley, as we've already discussed I am truly sorry you're unhappy with your bag. I can assure you I have sourced quality materials for my items and take a lot of care and time to create beautifully hand made & painted pieces of wearable art. My policies state that I do not offer returns because every design is made to order. However, if the design for some reason looks completely different from my images or I had a "bad sewing day", I would be happy to accept a return or remake the bag. I took a lot of time to write clear and detailed descriptions in hopes there would never be any confusion or disappointments and to manage my customers expectations. I also hired a professional photographer for (most) of my images. Again, I am really sorry and I do hope you can still find some joy while using your bag <3

The colours are just as bright as the ones on the picture and you know that each one that is made, is one of a kind!
If it was made "to order", then she was extremely quick and let me know when it was shipped.
Thank you again, and if you ever make coin purses, let me know.
The only-downside of having an envelope wallet is not having a place for your coins. But it gives me another reason to purchase something additionally. :) -

5 out of 5 starsLoved the wallet, it’s so unique and the craftsmanship is beautiful. It’s more than a wallet, it’s an art piece. Great space for cards and cash. I’ve been receiving compliments already on my wallet and my aunt has also asked me to give her the info to your store so hopefully you receive more business.
The shipping was fast and the way the item came shipped was nice. Thank you very much. -
