Communication is decent & graphics are pretty,however, her detail is a no.The pictures on my website are not equally sized so, some of the wording doesn't show. My site is not finished & I have to hire someone else to finish it. My categories are NOT what I originally asked for. ie: missing the FAQ page (although she told ME how to do it after the job was completed, the whole idea of paying her was for her to create it FOR me.), there's no drop down selections under my products, & more.After sending a message to her w/my disappointment she sent a very lengthy explanation that still did not fix the issues & leaves my site NOT ready for shoppers. A total waste of time & $ If you have NO experience creating a website, using the lingo, etc use someone else who is more detailed (upfront) & will explain & provide professional info
