Did not recieve email with the downloads
First, please check that the email from Etsy was not re-directed to your spam or junk folder. If it still is not there and you cannot access your downloads through Etsy, please send me a message and include the email address you need the sent to.
Cannot open or save the files
If the issue is random pages showing up blank, please message me through etsy with your preferred email address and I will be happy to send you files directly (Occasionally there are issues with corrupted files. This is usually due to files being sent through servers, and can be mitigated a number of ways)
