My item was as described but was bent and folded when delivered, not sellers fault!! I absolutely love the print and it works perfectly in my kitchen!!

This was absolutely what I was looking for. It came quick and it is even better then I thought it would be.

The shop owner sent me my order digitally for review, which turned out to be another customer's order since the map didn't match at all. After figuring this out, the product was supposed to be delivered on 9/7 which I ordered for my anniversary on 9/13. The label was created on 8/30 but the product didn't actually get shipped until 9/9 and didn't arrive until almost 7 pm on the day of my anniversary which was extremely disappointing. The product itself is great but the customer service and experience have been terrible.
