SHIPPING and RETURNS POLICIES
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery,
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.
I don't accept cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
VASES: because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What happens if my purchase is damaged during shipping?
Ceramic and Vase items are breakable so we do our very best to securely package every individual item for shipping. If your item is damaged during the shipping process, please send us a picture of the damage within 1-2 days and we will refund your purchase. Due to current difficulties submitting/receiving damage claims with USPS, we are offering refunds only on shipping damage.
When will my items ship?
Estimated shipping times are listed in the description of each individual item. You will also see this information in your receipt of purchase. Please note, these times are estimates only and depend on multiple factors such as our current volume of orders and USPS processing, etc. If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out in a private message to us! I do express shipping with UPS.
When can I expect a reply to my message?
All messages will be responded to during regular business hours of Monday-Friday. 9 am - 5 pm. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. We typically do not immediately respond to messages sent on the weekend, as this time is reserved for my family.

Do you offer Wholesale?
Yes, we do sometimes. Requests for wholesale will be handled individually. Please send us a message for more information.
My Order Shows Delivered but I haven’t received it.
We suggest you contact your local USPS with your tracking information right away. We are not responsible for items once they are shipped out, including lost or stolen packages, orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, and/or prolonged delays by USPS.
