RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Most of our items are MADE-TO-ORDER, so please note that currently we are unable to accept exchanges and returns for unwanted items, or in case the customer changes their mind or would like to change for a different product, color, or size. Please carefully follow our size charts, the sizing information, and the product details in the listing. We only accept exchanges and returns on faulty items, items not as described, or items with quality issues. This same policy applies for Tarot Cards.

International Orders & Import Duty Taxes
We cannot take responsibility for any duty or taxes your country may impose on goods that come from the United States. Those are the buyer's responsibility to pay. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
What if I provided an incorrect/invalid address at checkout?
Please contact us within 6 hours of purchase and we will gladly change your address. After that time we are not able to guarantee address change because the order is being prepared for shipment. If the order gets returned to us due to an incorrect/invalid address, we can reship it to a correct address for an extra fee which is the buyer's responsibility to pay. If the buyer would prefer not having the product reshipped, then please note we are not able to refund your order, because currently we don't have the ability to resell returns where the customer provided a wrong address. So please always make sure your shipping address is correct.
