Frequently asked questions
Can you print and ship my items to me?
Yes! Most of our products can be printed and shipped to you. If it is a digital file listing, there is an additional cost for the printing. So for that you would purchase the design/item that you're wanting as well as the appropriate printing add-on. You can see the printing options we have available here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/showerthatbaby?section_id=19818602
What paper should I use?
We recommend using white card stock in standard printing size (8.5 x 11). This includes all of our designs - even the ones with burlap, patterned, or colored backgrounds.
Have a problem printing?
If you have a problem printing one of our PDF files and the printed page is not appearing as it should, the first thing to do is to make sure you are using Adobe Reader to open, view, and print the PDF file. Whether you use a PC or Mac, you can get the latest version of Adobe Reader at get.adobe.com/reader/ Once you have it installed, right click on the PDF you want to open and select "open with" Adobe Reader. Using Adobe Reader prevents 99% of printing issues include transparency areas showing up black instead of clear.
