Some Files will be in ".ZIP" format. To get to your images you must UNZIP the files. This is easily done by either double clicking or right-clicking the file name. A quick google search will let you know which way to do it on your device.

Please check the item description for the most accurate processing time if the order is a personalized digital file or file made to order. Turn around varies by item. If you need an item sooner, please message me to see if I am able to fulfill the order in the time desired. (In most cases I am able to get it out to you sooner: message me for more information)

I try SO hard to make sure every single design is delivered to you perfectly and without issue. I wish I could say technology comes with no issues, but unfortunately sometimes technology can be downright mean. I would NEVER sell a flawed design in my shop nor will I EVER ignore a customer that has an issue. If you ever run into any flaw with one of my designs, PLEASE contact me and I will look into it immediately as I would never list a design knowing it is not perfect. You may need to download your design using a computer, sometimes phones do not have full access. If You have ANY issue, PLEASE try contacting me before leaving a negative review as I will Make any alterations you need immediately after receiving your message. I am always happy to help!
