All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you choose to pay via paypal, please note that the ultimate conversion rate is determined by Paypal.
Shipping
Delivery within Australia
We deliver to anywhere within Australia for FREE.
All deliveries within Australia will arrive within 5-10 working days. In Australia we use either TNT courier or Australia Post for all parcels. All deliveries need to be signed for, so please ensure someone is available to collect the package. TNT or Australia Post delivers between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
If there is no one to sign for the parcel, TNT or Australia Post will leave a note and you will need to contact TNT for a redelivery or collect your parcel from their depot in your state, or collect from your nearest Australia Post Office.

International delivery
We ship to most destinations in the world for a flat rate of $30AUD (up to 3 laptop sleeves to one single delivery address).
We use TNT international courier to ship all international orders and they usually take between 3-7 working days to arrive, subject to custom clearance. From our experience, deliveries to New Zealand, the USA and the UK normally take between 3-5 working days only. Please note that international purchases may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
At Shuky we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be excited by your purchases. If you are unhappy with anything you have bought from our website, we will gladly exchange it for something else or give you your money back within 7 days upon receipt of your order. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Should you wish to exchange or return your purchase, please let us know by sending us an email to sales [!at] shuky.com first and we will email you with a return / exchange authorization number. Please quote your return / exchange authorization number and post the item(s) and proof of purchase to: GPO Box 3374 Melbourne VIC 3001 Australia.
In the event that your product is lost in transit, Shuky will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns by Insured Registered Post.

All purchases delivered in Australia will incur the standard GST tax rates. All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes, however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Please note that to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if the order is placed with that intention.
