Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
They will not be given for lost parcels unless they are returned to me by the postal service in their original condition.
Price of shipping is at your charge.
Please note that no exchange will be sent until the original item has been returned to me in its original condition.
Shipping
Terms of delivery depend from La Poste, to obtain more information consult the site of La Poste. Usually shipping within the Union Europeen takes around 1 week, terms for other contries can be longer (till 1 month or a bit more).
Note that buyers are responsible for taxes, associated with shipping and purchasing to their countries.
I don't take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
If the parcel returns unclaimed the buyer must pay for the shipping cost again. Refunds requested for undelivered orders will be processed minus original shipping cost.
