This is a beautiful print, a positive image of hope (or light, as the title suggests.

About

A little bit about Monica & Ingrid

This shop has been a long time coming and is actually the second version of my first shop. My mother, Ingrid and I, decided to team up and share our creativity in one shop, which is why we picked the named "Side by Side" studio.

My name is Monica Stadalski and I'm venturing into the world of freelance illustration and design. I've been creating for over 20 years and love trying new mediums and learning new things. (I'm a huge Skillshare junkie and hope to teach a class in the very near future!) I'm inspired by all things nature, mysticism and love.

My mother, Ingrid, has been sewing and quilting for over 40 years now! She and my father moved here from Alaska over 10 years ago, to be near me and my family and in my opinion, was the best thing they ever did. My mother does not have an online presence but would still like to be able to share her creations, which is why we decided to team up! Mom and I are very close and share all of our creative ideas with each other and collaborate on many of the projects you'll see here.

Both my mother and I believe that what you put out in this world is what you attract. We both care deeply about the attention each of our creations receive, using quality paints, paper, and fabric. The pieces we create, would be pieces we would buy ourselves. We want our customers to own something that they know was lovingly created. If you ever have any questions about the process or supplies, feel free to contact us! Thank you for stopping by!
